Introducing our Ecuador team

As part of QN Travel’s expansion into Ecuador and the Galápagos Islands, we are pleased to officially introduce the local team now leading operations on the ground. Formerly operating as Original Ecuador, the company joins the QN Travel family after many years of close collaboration, shared standards, and aligned operational values.

What makes this transition especially meaningful is continuity. The same local leadership, the same operational depth, and the same passion for Ecuador remain at the heart of the company.

Leading the team is Emma Morgan, the General Manager. Originally from the UK, Emma has spent more than two decades designing and managing journeys across Ecuador and the Galápagos Islands. Her experience combines deep destination knowledge with a strong understanding of active and experiential travel throughout the region.

Alongside her is Carmen Elena Córdova (“Nena”), Operations Manager, and a key part of the team since 2016. Born and raised in Quito, Nena brings extensive operational expertise and an extraordinary attention to detail, ensuring smooth and reliable travel experiences across Ecuador’s diverse landscapes.

The sales and destination team includes María Elena Canelos (“Malé”), whose years in tourism and deep appreciation for Ecuador’s culture and geography help travelers connect with both iconic highlights and lesser-known regions of the country.

Joining her is Valentina Rubio, Destination Expert, and certified national tour guide. Originally from Quito, Valentina combines her passion for Ecuadorian culture with a strong visual perspective shaped through photography, bringing fresh energy and insight into the destinations, landscapes, and local experiences that define Ecuador today.

Together, the Ecuador team reflects what we value most at QN Travel: strong local knowledge, long-term relationships, operational precision, and a deep connection to the territories where we work.
