Services
We work as an extension of our partners' teams across South America, managing local delivery and responding when plans change. Our role is white label by design: our partners' brands stay in front, while QN provides the people, infrastructure and operational judgment behind every journey.
The principle behind every journey we operate and support:
Local teams with the systems, relationships and authority to take responsibility for what happens on the ground.
Tailor Made
Private journeys shaped around the traveler and tested against the realities on the ground.
Tailor made begins with the traveler: why they are coming, how they like to move and what will make the journey feel right for them. We design private itineraries around pace, interests, physical ability and preferred level of structure. Because our product, sales and operations teams work close to the destinations, every proposal is checked against altitude, travel times, seasonal conditions and connections before it reaches the client.
Groups & Series
Consistency across departures, without making the experience feel standardized.
Groups and recurring series require every moving part to work together, from hotels and guides to vehicles, meals and entrance times. Our local teams manage one-off groups and scheduled departures across Peru, Chile, Ecuador and Argentina, including affinity travel and complex multi-country programs. For series, we keep standards consistent across dates while retaining the local character of each journey. Experienced suppliers and teams close to the operation allow us to respond quickly when conditions change.
Adventure Outfitting
Our own teams, equipment and field experience behind every expedition.
Our Cusco-based team owns and manages the infrastructure behind our trekking programs: camping equipment, communications, transport, permits and field crews. Guides, porters and muleteers are trained and tested on the routes they operate, from the classic Inca Trail to remote sections of the Great Inca Trail, the Qhapac Ñan. Partners can draw on the same equipment, logistics and experienced crews to develop adventure programs in Peru without building an operation from the ground up.
Expedition Cruises
The right vessel can shape the entire journey.
In Galápagos, the Amazon and Patagonia, we work with vessels ranging from private yachts and intimate riverboats to purpose-built expedition ships. Each offers a different rhythm, level of access and onboard experience. Our teams know the vessels and routes well enough to match them to the traveler, then coordinate the sailing with the surrounding land program. The result is a journey that works as a whole, rather than a cruise booked in isolation.
Cruise Handling
Complex port operations, coordinated down to the minute.
A single port call can involve multiple shore excursions, transfers, guides, vehicles, entrance times and meals, all within a window set by the ship, and when that window shifts, the whole operation moves with it. That operation is built on product: our teams design shore excursions, overlands, overnights, events and pre- and post-cruise extensions around each cruise line's guest profile and service standards, so schedules, ports or conditions can change without compromising the guest experience.
Flight Consolidation
Flights managed as part of the journey, with support when plans change.
Our IATA-accredited QN Flight team manages domestic, regional and international flights for individual travelers, groups and series, either alongside a QN land program or as a standalone service. Support includes reservations, ticketing, group inventory, schedule changes and 24/7 assistance during urgent disruptions. Because our air and ground teams work within the same network, flight changes are handled in the context of the full itinerary, including transfers, hotels and onward arrangements.
