Experiences

Our experiences begin with the character of each place and the people who know it best. Across South America, our local teams design journeys around season, terrain and timing. These categories are starting points, not boxes: a single journey may bring together adventure, culture, gastronomy and nature. Our team knows how to blend different interests and paces into one coherent itinerary, shaped around your clients' interests.

The principle behind every journey we operate and support:

Local teams with the systems, relationships and authority to take responsibility for what happens on the ground.

Adventure & Trekking

The classic Inca Trail and lesser-travelled routes, operated with local expertise.

We operate the classic Inca Trail to Machu Picchu directly as an authorized operator, supported by our own Cusco team and long-standing porter relationships. Our Great Inca Trail journeys explore remote sections of the Qhapac Ñan with specialized guides, muleteers and, where relevant, archaeologists. Across the region, local teams also design programs on Patagonia's W Trek and Fitz Roy trails, Ecuador's volcanoes and cloud-forest routes. Each journey accounts for season, altitude, physical ability and the time needed to acclimatize properly.

Culture & Gastronomy

Experiences shaped by the people who live, make and cook in these places.

We work with weavers, cooks, farmers and artists whose knowledge remains part of contemporary life. Travelers might explore natural-dye traditions with Nilda Callañaupa or dine with chef Jerónimo de Aliaga in the Lima house his family has inhabited since the city's foundation in 1535. Across the region, food and craft reveal how geography, history and daily life are connected, from Ecuador's cacao traditions to Chile's coastal and Patagonian cuisine and Argentina's asado culture.

Wildlife & Nature

Seasonal knowledge puts travelers in the right habitat at the right time.

Wildlife journeys depend on timing: water levels in the Amazon, breeding cycles in Galápagos, penguin seasons and orca behavior along Argentina's Atlantic coast, or shifting weather in Patagonia. Our naturalists and local guides use that knowledge to shape each route and decide how much time a habitat deserves. From cloud forests and clay licks to salt flats, wetlands and remote coastlines, every ecosystem calls for a different pace and a guide who knows what to look for.

Luxury

Thoughtful pacing and access to specialists, private collections and ateliers.

For us, high-end travel begins with understanding what each client values: a slower pace, access to specialists, private collections and working ateliers, or the flexibility to stay when a place deserves more time. That might mean waking in Peru’s Sacred Valley rather than visiting for the day, spending several nights in the Atacama or Patagonia, exploring Galápagos aboard a private yacht, or staying at a historic Ecuadorian hacienda. Exceptional properties matter, but so do the sequence, the pace and a trusted local team that looks after your clients throughout the journey and adjusts plans when needed.

Family

One journey, designed around several generations.

A good family itinerary has to work for different ages and energy levels without splitting everyone into separate programs. Historic haciendas and estancias offer space to settle in, ride horses and share meals, while the Amazon and Galápagos give younger travelers wildlife to observe and questions to follow. We plan around altitude, pace, meal times and how often the family has to pack and move, so children, parents and grandparents can enjoy the same journey in their own way.
